jig beds.
Grid trays and bed parts for the Morpho UV printer, xTool O1 Omni, eufyMake E1 and HeyGears G1, free to download. Every tray uses the same 22mm Gridfinity grid, so a jig made for one machine fits the others. If your machine isn’t here, build a grid to your own size.

Grid bed
The bed and grid in one part, with a tongue at the back. Eleven pockets underneath sit over the magnets in the Morpho platform: fill them with magnets or steel washers and the bed is held down.
Takes 10 × 3mm magnets, the same size as the ones in the platform. To get each one the right way round, stand it on its magnet in the platform, put glue on top, and lower the bed onto them.

Replacement grid bed
A printed copy of the mini flatbed with the grid cut into its deck. It needs a 5 × 3mm disc magnet glued into the pocket underneath, or the machine will not detect the bed.

Replacement grid bed - the "stumpy" edition
The same bed with the head-park end trimmed, for printers that cannot take the full length. It needs the same 5 × 3mm magnet glued in underneath.

Or build your own.
Don’t see your machine? Build a custom grid by entering the size of your grid and the printable area of your printer bed. The designer calculates the number of cells and pieces required, and a bed big enough for the whole thing gets it in one piece.

Calibrate the connection tolerance.
Different 3D printers produce slightly different fits. Use the calibration plate to find the connection tolerance that gives you a firm fit without forcing the joint: five numbered pairs of real grid, each with two joints on the seam. Print it, try them, and use the number that goes together firmly. The flag snaps off.
