Lost your download?
If your original link has expired, you don’t need to contact us. Use the download recovery page and enter the email address used for the order.
A file that did not print?
Reply to your order receipt and tell us which printer you used, which jig you printed and what went wrong. A photo of the failed print is particularly useful.
A printer bed we have not measured?
Tell us which UV printer and bed you have. We can add requests for unsupported or unmeasured machines to the list for future work. In the meantime you can build a grid for any size yourself.
A jig that is not in the catalogue?
Tell us what you’re trying to print and the dimensions of the object. The catalogue can be expanded when there is a useful preset to add. You do not have to wait for us either: type the size into the designer and it joins your palette straight away.
