Free Gridfinity UV Print Beds
All our standard beds are free to design and download, customised to any size UV printer, and cut down to fit any size 3D printer.
Print beds are free.
Based on a 22mm Gridfinity base, our tools automatically split up large beds for smaller 3D printers. Each piece clips together and needs no glue. The jig gives your work somewhere to sit. Download a bed for your machine, print it, and build jigs on top of it. If your machine is not listed don’t worry, you can design and print the bed for any sized UV machine. And if you don’t have a 3D printer, we can print and ship it for you.

- What is a UV printing jig?
- A fixture that holds your work in a known position while a UV printer prints onto it. Set it once and the hundredth copy prints exactly where the first one did.
- How much does a jig cost?
- The designer is free, so you can lay out your UV print bed with your perfect layout. We charge £4.99 to unlock each jig, or you can pay a yearly licence to access every jig. Once unlocked, you can resize a jig to fill a plate or just export a single item jig.
- Which UV printers does it support?
- All our Gridfinity based beds can be resized to fit any UV print bed on the market. And whilst we default to a 22mm grid to offer the best compatibility, they can be resized to fit any Gridfinity grid size. To make it easier we have added some of the most popular UV printers on the market, including the Morpho, the xTool O1 Omni and the eufyMake E1.
- Can I make a jig for something that is not in the catalogue?
- Yes, all our jigs can be customised. Plus we have tools to build jigs based on your existing 3D model. Just upload your model, and pick your wall depth.
- Do I need CAD software?
- No. You lay the jigs out in the browser and the file is built for you.
- Can I use one jig on a different printer?
- Yes. Every bed here runs the same 22mm grid, so a block printed for one drops onto another.
- Are the print beds really free?
- Yes, with no account and no email address asked for.
