A grid cut into pieces for a smaller printer clips together on the cell lines with a dogbone joint at each corner pad. The gap that slips together on one printer binds on another, so it is a property of your machine rather than of the design. This plate has all five: five numbered pairs of real grid, each with two joints on the seam. Print it, try them, and use the number that goes together firmly without forcing. The flag snaps off.
