A precision UV printing jig for the 25mm coin, to position your blanks in the same place every time on a compatible UV flatbed printer.

The preset is a starting point.
The preset is only the starting point. If your product is not exactly this size, enter your own measurements or trace its outline from an STL or an SVG in the designer.
Size
Measure the thing you want to hold, or trace its outline from an STL or an SVG, and it joins the palette priced and built exactly like a catalogue one.
Clearance
How much room the pocket leaves around the object, per side. Tighter holds better and is less forgiving of a printer that runs wide.
This one: 0.3mm a side
Depth and grip
How far the object sits down in its pocket, and how high the wall stands to hold it. A card only needs stopping; a dice needs gripping.
This one: 1.5mm wall
Getting it out
A notch cuts into the rim so you can get a finger under the piece. A ledge opens the middle of the floor and leaves a rim for the piece to sit on, so you can press it out from underneath. Pick either in the designer.
Engraved label
Words cut into the block and filled flush in a second colour, so a shelf of jigs tells you which holds what. Placed on whichever edge has room.
Bed and pitch
Any of the measured beds, as a grid tray or a cast mat. Switch and the layout moves with you, keeping whatever still fits.
How many fit.
The maximum depends on the printer bed and the spacing between pockets. One block filling the whole bed, at 4mm between them, run against each bed’s measured printable area.
Use it on any of them.
One 22mm grid across every bed here, so buying this jig once covers all of them. Lay it out again at another size, on a machine you did not own when you bought it, and export it again for nothing.
